Tinubu Replies Saraki

Apparently reacting to the ongoing trial of the Senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki by the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT, national leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has said that the present administration of President Muhammadu Buhari cannot overlook certain things in its fight against corruption.

Dismissing Saraki's cries of witchhunting, Tinubu said: “It is part of nation’s development. We cannot overlook a lot of things. And we cannot personalise a lot of things as if it was vendetta. We have to endure and be patient as we look for justice, equity and a balanced society.”


Woman Brutalises Maid And Cut Her Hands


NEWSReports gathered that Bello, a trader, allegedly hid the girl in a room and told policemen from the Pedro division, who were alerted by the neighbours, that the maid had travelled to Ikorodu area with a friend.

On Thursday at about 1am, the maid, who was said to be from Cotonou, Benin Repubic, ran out of
the house on Akinsanmi Street, Obanikoro Estate, with a bleeding hand to meet neighbours and explain her plight.

The neighbours, who later saw Bello, inquired why she allegedly cut her maid with a broken dish. Bello was said to have shunned the neighbours, after which the girl returned to the house.

At about 7am, the neighbours went back to the house to check on Titi only to discover that the maid’s injury had not been treated, and had been given more domestic works to do.


Cherubim & Seraphim Prophet Kills Himself


CHERUBIM A man, identified simply as Prophet Wale, has killed himself in a Cherubim and Seraphim Church, Ona Iwa Mimo, on Otunba Bamidele Street, in the Ikotun area of Lagos State.
PUNCH Metro learnt that the victim had approached the owner of the church, a prophetess, to be part of her ministry. He reportedly claimed to be a prophet and said he would love to assist her.

The prophetess they say rejected the offer, and the victim became angry. He grabbed a bottle, broke it
and stabbed himself in the neck.

Saraki Cries Out ''Why're You People Doing This To Me?''


Following his arraignment on Tuesday in Abuja, Senate President Bukola Saraki who appeared before the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT following a 13-count charge against him, has cried out that if he was not the Senate President, he would not be going through the present trial.

Two middle-aged women are being held by the Nakuru police for raping their gym instructor after they sedated him during a training session, News24 reports. According to police reports, the two women drugged the male gym instructor before sexually assaulting him inside the training facility on Tuesday morning in Nakuru, Kenya.


Saraki's Trial Adjourned

The trial of Bukola Saraki has been adjourned to October 21st, 22nd and 23rd. Saraki pleaded not guilty to all the 13 count charges read to him at the Tribunal. The tribunal granted him bail on self recognition

Saraki to appear at the tribunal tomorrow

Man Caught With 21 Pieces Of Female GenitaliaI In His Freezer


A 58 year old Danish man was arrested in South Africa after pieces of female genitalia were found in his house.
Police spokesman Hangwani Mulaudzi said today that 21 pieces of women’s genitalia were found stored in plastic bags in a freezer. Police also discovered anaesthetic and other surgical implements in the home of the father of two.
