MASSOB tells Buhari to Cooperate with Uwazuruike or else

 MASSOB-LEADER
The  Movement for the Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), has urged the Federal Government to cooperate with its leader, Chief Ralph Uwazuruike, for peace to reign in the South East and the entire country.

Also, MASSOB warned the police in Aba, Abia State, against  disruption of its thanksgiving service slated for the city on Sunday.
The Movement said that Abuja would be, “in for a joker” if it continues to take it’s non-violent posture for granted, warning that enough is enough.
The Abia South zonal leaders of MASSOB advised the Federal Government, through its security agencies, to stop harassing Uwazuruike, but instead, cooperate with him for peace to reign in the area.

The zonal leaders comprising Larry Odinma, Fred Onyenucheya, Okpori Nkama and Enyinnaya Akunnaya said: “The Federal Government should have cooperated with our leader, Uwazuruike, because he is the one holding Igbo youths back, whenever they want to cause any trouble.
“When other militia groups in the country were spoiling for war, Uwazuruike was calling for peace through his non-violent approach and of course, the police should not take this for granted.”
The zonal leaders also warned the police against disrupting their thanksgiving service, which will hold in Aba on Sunday, to mark the 16th anniversary of the Movement.
