5 YR OLD GIRL AND 3 YR OLD SISTER RAPED BY FATHER'S FRIENDS IN NIGERIA.

A five-year-old girl has accused five of her father’s colleagues of rape. The victim, it was learnt, was allegedly raped alongside her three-year-old sister.
PUNCH Metro learnt that the victims and their father, Ayodele Ekundayo, who is a driver at a cement factory, lived in the same compound with the suspects who all work in the same company.
It was learnt that the company, which is located in the Fagba area of Lagos State, provided
accommodation for its employees.
The suspects – John Mahansi, Taiye Ojo, aka Ejima, Deji Adenekan, aka Orobo and Peter Irobo, aka Apako, are between the ages of 24 and 33.
Speaking with PUNCH at the Lagos headquarters of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, the father of the victims said he was disappointed when he found out that his colleagues raped his daughters.
He said since he had no wife, he usually left the little girls in the care of his colleagues.
Ekundayo said he discovered the alleged rape when his daughters started complaining about pains in their private parts.

LADI MOSES A 27 YR OLD LADY DEAD AFTER BEING ATTACKED WITH ACID BY BOYFRIEND IN NIGERIA.

A 27-year-old lady, Ladi Moses, allegedly bathed with acid by a young man suspected to be her male friend, has reportedly died from the attack. Ladi died yesterday at Federal Medical Centre, Makurdi, where she was receiving treatment for first degree burns.
Vanguard gathered from an eyewitness that the deceased was attacked a few days ago by a young man, popularly called Baba, at the old Nigeria Prison Service Yard, Wadata area of Makurdi town,
where she lived with her parents.The witness said:    “We heard that her supposed boyfriend, popularly known as Baba, called her out of the house, saying he had something to discuss with her.“When the lady approached him, Baba removed a bottle, containing substance suspected to be acid, from his pocket and poured it on the lady, who screamed and fell.
   “As neighbours trooped out to see what was happening, Baba fled. The vigilante group in the area mounted a search for him. He was eventually caught at one of the motor parks in town, when he was about boarding a taxi out of Makurdi.
  He was subsequently handed over to the police at ‘A’ Division, Wadata, where he is being detained for interrogation.”When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer, Matthew Oku, who confirmed the attack, said the command was yet to receive situation reports from medical doctors treating the deceased.

Hundreds of Christian fighters from across Syria have arrived in the majority-Syriac Christian town of Sadad to prevent it falling into the hands of the Islamic State militant group (ISIS), the head of the Syriac Orthodox church says.Sadad, which lies just off a vital highway connecting the cities of Damascus and Homs in the west of the country, has faced an onslaught from the radical group's militants since October 31 as ISIS advances across central Syria and inches closer to the capital.Some 500 Syriac Christian fighters have as yet prevented the group from entering the Sadad. But ISIS's capture of the town of Mahin, less than five miles away, at the end of October has left Sadad vulnerable to a continued assault by the militants.Last Thursday, Mor Ignatius Aphrem Karim II, the Patriarch of the Syriac Orthodox church, traveled to Sadad from the church's headquarters in Damascus in a bid to boost the morale of the fighters in the town. Following the ISIS assault last month, at least 200 Syriac fighters from Damascus, Qamishli and Hasakah traveled to Sadad to join the fight to defend the town, he told Newsweek by phone from the Syrian capital's Old City."It is under assault," Karim says. "IS advanced toward Sadad but they were not able to enter Sadad. The young people in Sadad, with the help of some armed groups, were able to fight back and push IS back to where they started. They are helped by some groups coming from different parts of Syria also."
