    Troops yesterday afternoon following a tip off by well meaning citizens, discovered and raided yet another Boko Haram fuel dump at Abbaganaram in Maiduguri city, Borno State. During the operation, one person, Musa Abba, was arrested and the following items were discovered and confiscated; 11 drums of AGO, 1 empty drum, 192 of 25 litres jerrycans, (out of which 70 were loaded with AGO, PMS and DPK), a Toyota bus and 1 Peugeot car. Others include a motorcycle and an air conditioner.

President Buhari says he will not be interfering in the trial of the senate president Bukola Saraki at the Code of Conduct Tribunal as he could be successfully impeached if he does so. According to him, the Nigerian constitution does not permit interference between the three arms of government, that is the Legislature, Judiciary and the Executive.
Buhari said this in an interview with Sahara TV.

PRES. BUHARI'S MINISTERIAL LIST READY

The list of ministers to be appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari is ready.

The Senate may get a letter from the President requesting the confirmation of the nominees on Tuesday or Wednesday.

It will be recalled that Buhari who was inaugurated as President on May 29 had promised to name members of his cabinet in September.

He had at different times said he was in search of Nigerians with integrity to be part of his team that would reposition the country.

There has been anxiety that the President may not be able to meet the September deadline as he was quoted recently as saying that the month was running to an end too fast for his liking.

Indications have however emerged that Buhari, who is currently attending the 70th United Nations General Assembly in New York, had concluded work on the list.
